Why hello there!

My name is Matilda Whitworth and I’m a doctor, writer, outreach worker and public health student from Western Australia. My writing has been published in The Big Issue, Overland, Vice, Eat More Cake and on the Ellen Health website.

While my passion is writing about all things medical (especially sexual health), I’ve decided to create this blog so I can write about anything that tickles my fancy. Here you’ll not only find pieces on medicine and science, but also ones about my fiction addiction, my love of cheese, and why it’s more than likely all of my children (sons included) will be named Adelaide.

I’ve also had the pleasure of interviewing some amazing people, and these can be found here.
